Advanced technologies and therapies to deliver better treatment outcomes
Fresenius Medical Care is the world’s largest provider of products and services for individuals with renal disease and has a long history in the research and development of new therapies, as well as manufacturing of high-quality dialysis products.
As the dialysis care services division of Fresenius Medical Care, Fresenius Kidney Care is able to tap into this rich history and wide-ranging expertise to provide kidney replacement therapy options using advanced dialysis machines and consumables, together with outstanding dialysis care across our network of clinics in Asia Pacific.
Hemodialysis is the most common treatment option used in most of our dialysis centers. Please talk to your doctor about the treatment options available and which best suits your needs.
Many of our centers offer two different types of hemodialysis:
Standard Hemodialysis (HD)
Hemodialysis is a procedure in which blood is taken out of the body by a dialysis machine and passed through a dialyzer. The dialyzer cleans the waste products along with the removal of extra water and then returns the blood to the body.
Holiday dialysis - a gateway to the world
Many Fresenius Kidney Care centers offer holiday dialysis, enabling patients the freedom to travel with the peace of mind that they can still receive the quality of dialysis care they expect and need. The ultimate aim is always to help patients lead more active and fulfilled lives.
