Grilled Chicken Drumsticks

This recipe is as easy as grilling gets! With a simple and flavorful seasoning rub, these easy grilled chicken drumsticks are sure to be a hit at your next BBQ. Fire up your grill and let’s eat!

Ingredients

  • 8 pcs.Chicken drumsticks or thighs
  • 2 Tbsps. Soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tsp. Mustard
  • ¼ tsp. Salt (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. Red pepper, ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.

Remove skin and fat from chicken.

Mix remaining ingredients except cilantro; brush over chicken.

Cover and grill chicken, bone side down, 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 20 minutes; turn. Cover and grill 20 to 40 minutes longer, turning 2 or 3 times, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when center of the thickest pieces is cut.

Sprinkle with cilantro.
