Berry Bread Pudding

Berry Bread Pudding, made with your favorite berries and soft bread, is an easy to prepare dessert that is incredibly rich and decadent.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups cubed plain bread
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 12 ounce frozen berry medley, thawed
  • ½ cup sugar small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. orange zest
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • Whipped cream

Directions

Beat eggs, sugar, cream, orange zest, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth

Mix in bread cubes and fruit with hand.

Pour into buttered/greased pan and bake covered with foil for 35 minutes. If using butter, make sure its unsalted.

Remove foil and bake for additional 15 minutes.

Turn off oven and let sit on oven for 10 minutes

Cut, then serve topped with whipped cream
